Manufacturing

Production that follows a written path.

Specification, sample, batch, and release. The finished pack is meant to match the formula and the label you approved.

What happens on an order

Timelines depend on materials, pack components, and the checks a format needs. A date is treated as fixed only after those are confirmed.

  1. Brief

You share the formula, dosage form, pack, and expected volume. Gaps are listed back.

  2. Fit

We confirm whether the line can make it, and which details are still open.

  3. Make

Materials are issued against the specification. Checks sit inside the run.

  4. Hand over

Packed goods leave with batch identification your team can file.

What the floor covers

Nutraceutical solids and liquids: tablets, hard capsules, softgels, powders and sachets, syrups and drops, gummies, and herbal preparations. Anything outside that list is scoped from the brief.

Pack style is part of the specification. Bottles, jars, counted packs, and sachets are agreed with the product, because a correct blend in the wrong pack is still a failed order.

A visit can be arranged when a partner wants to see how a batch is handled. Ask in the enquiry.
